Tradewinds PetroTrade and PT
Tradewinds PetroTrade - Jakarta have signed an Alliance
Agreement with Aptech Engineering of Sunnyvale, California
with their PetroChemical Division in Houston, Texas.
This Alliance, coined "The
Tradewinds Technical Group" (TTG), has been created to offer
our new and existing clients a more in-depth technical
approach to problems often faced in the oil and gas
industry. This Alliance will provide industry
engineering and support services and asset integrity
management for pipeline operations, detection and prevention
of pipeline failure as well as control pipeline maintenance
costs.

Tradewinds PetroTrade will now offer
remote monitoring and plant/refinery optimization services
beginning in September 2007. This program will allow our
clients to effectively and efficiently utilize their data in
a more resourceful and productive method; using data
obtained from PLC's and real-time data analysis, Advanced
Process Control on DCS legacy systems.

Petroleum Development
International - Nigeria, BiContinental Nigeria and
Tradewinds PetroTrade Pte. Ltd. have signed an Agreement to
test our Pipeline Leak Detection and Monitoring System in
West Africa.
Petroleum Development International will submit
their Engineering and Construction expertise for the project, BiContinental will
provide logistics and testing standards and Tradewinds PetroTrade personnel will
advise, administer and operate the SCADA, GPS Communications, Network Operations
Center (NOC) installation and systems integration aspects of the project.

Valve Systems and Controls (VSC, Inc.), a
Curtiss-Wright company based in Houston, Texas and PT Tradewinds PetroTrade -
Jakarta have signed a Representative Agreement making Tradewinds PetroTrade Pte.
Ltd. - Singapore the exclusive Sales Agent for Indonesia, Malaysia, Egypt and
Libya.
VSC, Inc. is a valve systems and automation
controls company with global market presence for the Oil & Gas industry.

Director of Pipeline Integrity and Special Projects and Tradewinds PetroTrade
Pte. Ltd, represented by Joshua Scott, will be presenting at the Africa/Middle
East Oil & Gas Flow Assurance Summit in late-May 2008 at the Nile Hilton Hotel
in Cairo, Egypt.
The focus of their presentations will be Control
of Black Dust and Technical Advances in Pipeline Monitoring and Security.
